  • Bragulat del sabor que prefieras (1 sobre)
  • Galletas Veganas (30u.)
  • Margarina (5 Cucharadas)
  • Tofu Tierno y Cremoso (600gr.)
  • Zumo de limón (2 Cucharadas)
  • Bebida Vegetal de Soja, Almendras o Avena (15 Cucharadas)
  • Harina (6 Cucharadas)
  • Azúcar Moreno (3 Cucharadas)
  • Sal (1 Cucharadita)
  • Mermelada de fruta


  1. Tritura las Galletas y mézclalas con la Margarina derretida. 

2. Mezclar el Tofu con el Sobre de Bragulat, el zumo de limón, la sal, la harina, la leche de soja y el azúcar moreno hasta conseguir una masa cremosa.

3. Poner la masa de la galleta como base en el molde, luego añadir la masa cremosa del punto 2 encima.

4. Precalentar el horno a 170º e introducir el molde. Hornear durante 20 minutos hasta que se vea dorada.  Dejar enfriar, sacar del molde y cubrir con la cantidad de mermelada deseada. 

Puedes decorarla con fruta o con pétalos de rosa, como en la foto. Aconsejamos enfriarla en la nevera un par de horas antes de consumirla.
