Aprender a quererse a uno mismo, ¿Por qué es tan importante?

¡Convirtamos la fatiga de volver a la rutina en motivación!

Después de desconectar, disfrutar y descansar durante las vacaciones, es recomendable compensar los excesos y asumir con la mejor actitud posible que debemos recuperar el equilibrio y detoxificar el organismo.

Las tres reglas de oro:

– Realizar una dieta equilibrada 

– Hacer ejercicio

Sin embargo, nuestro estado anímico puede verse afectado cuando dejamos atrás los paseos por la playa, los atardeceres frente al mar, los chiringuitos, las horas de  piscina con amigos….

Es importante mantener una actitud mental positiva, la vuelta al trabajo no significa que haya terminado el verano, de manera que no hay que renunciar a la playa o la montaña y las terracitas con amigos…

Aunque nos enfrentemos de nuevo a la realidad, los kilitos de más, los horarios de trabajo y la reducción de tiempo libre es importante que nos lo tomemos con calma y convirtamos la vuelta a la rutina en una posibilidad de recuperar nuestras metas y mejorar nuestros hábitos de una manera paulatina y saludable.
